Contact Us

Email: [email protected]
Let us know if you have any questions!
Sometimes our website is a little behind on current puppies available, so don't be afraid to inquire!

If you are seeking to adopt an available puppy or dog, or want to be on a wait list for a future litter, please fill out the application and email it to us (we are troubleshooting an issue with it, so please screenshot it and email us the screenshot of the below application).

WHEN INQUIRING:
We need to know a where our pups are going before we accept a deposit.  Please tell us in your own words about yourself, home, and family as it relates to caring for a dog. Include answers to these questions please.

Where do you live? City, country, condo, own your own home?

Who lives with you?

Is anyone home during most of the day to raise a puppy?

Do you have other pets?

Have you ever owned a dog?

Is your yard fenced (always a plus, but not necessary)

What do you know about the Cobberdog that brings you to this breed (expectations)?

Our Contract

Below is our contract & addendum on google docs. Please read and print it out for your 6 week visit!

Our number is not listed because we only use EMAIL correspondence.  It is how we keep a record of agreement and client history.

Our Visitation Policy

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR YOUNG PUPPIES!
Puppies have little to no immunity.  We are ultra careful where our dogs are allowed go, or where we go ourselves, so as not to bring contagious illness home to our unprotected puppies. An individual who has been in contact with parvovirus, for example, may still have the disease on their shoes or clothes months later.  Visits to multiple breeders is highly dangerous to young puppies, and for this reason, we do not host individuals who want to “see my property”, “meet the breed”, or “meet the parents” before placing a deposit.  References are posted on our website.  Our need for privacy and personal safety on our property is an equally important reason for this policy.

The Process of Getting a Puppy

The Process:1). EMAIL us and tell us what puppy or litter you are interested in, and then tell us about yourself, your family, where you live, your schedule, and how this puppy will fit into your family life.  We try to work with you for solutions if we see a potential problem.  Our goal is a match for a lifetime.

2) Once approved, you can send a non refundable deposit to reserve a puppy, or your place in the selection order, which happens by appointment at 6 weeks old.  Only people with deposits can visit the litter at this age.

3) Print out our contract, bring it with you to the 6 week visit, so we can record which puppy you selected on the contract by microchip.  Final payment is due at 6 weeks.

4) Be sure you ask for directions to my house as GPS will not get you here. Also be sure to order the same food puppy was raised on.

5) Please have some patience if contacting me.  I ask for emails, because my phone doesn't have service (doesn't even ring) at my home, but people call anyway and fill my voicemail box with very long stories, or text several times in 2 hours.  Listening to all those messages, and then going off my property to call everyone back is a huge chunk of my time to do what i can do in 3- 5 minutes by email.  Emails help me to remember who you are, and what we talked about.  They are also “agreements” and prevent misunderstandings.
I respond to emails throughout the day, and if 24 hours passes, and you did not get a response, please send it again.
